The Meadow Parks
The Pedestrian Park
The vast Pedestrian Park trail system spans through the Meadow Parks, linking the neighborhoods of Morris Farm to the natural wonders at hand. Contouring the picturesque Broad Run Stream, the trail pauses only to allow visitors the opportunity to reflect on the scenic views from the thoughtfully placed observation decks. Six foot paved trails and convenient footbridges permit cyclists to safely cross creeks and streams without compromise while the lushly landscaped paths create a haven for wanderers abound. The Pedestrian Park also links to Prince William County’s renowned Broad Run Trail System adding miles of possibilities.
The Habitat Park
Located just behind the Mallard Point Pool and Bathhouse, the Meadow’s Habitat Park is a thriving sanctuary designed to attract and harbor birds and wildlife. Pockets of dense trees and carefully selected plantings provide shelter and cuisine for these native species. A stroll on the Pedestrian Park Trail will guide visitors on an unrivaled outdoor adventure.
The Flora and Fauna Park
Enjoy the panoramic views of the stunning Flora and Fauna Park from an elevated observation deck. Here, indigenous plantings are designed to create a self-sufficient ecosystem that makes this park the perfect setting to connect with the surrounding nature.
The Valley Park
At the center of the Meadow is a vast green space. Its location is a convergence the all four Meadow Parks. For romantic picnics or a neighborhood ball game, the Valley Park is a serene open space designed to enjoy the best that nature has to offer.
